enough of boh liao ness.
anyways, today went for ocip thing. brought kids to go hike at somewhere near harbour front. was with lelia, lynette, ruoting and jonathan (I dunno who is he at first though). our kids were damn active. one of them somemore look like chicken little. Lol. seriously. hahahas.
and it was damn lame when we reached yishun student service care centre can? I thought the kids were autistic or something, since they say so. in the end... NO LOR! they were a bunch of tiko kia(s). *they too young to be tikopek*. The boys were like shouting loudly, ''EH! I DON'T CARE HOR! I WANT MY INSTRUCTORS TO BE GIRLS. YOU ALL TAKE THE BOYS!!!". and then there were screamings here and there from random kids saying that they don't want any guys. Lol. Tiko kias.
and at first i thought it will be damn chialat, coz hike mah. and from the traumatising gunung panti.. who wouldn't be scared? *actually now i kinda miss kota tinggi, other than the fact that there were millions of mozzies and irritating houseflies*. but in the end, the hike was around 5.4km, and the roads we walked were carefully laid out with clean pavements and nice laid out bridges. no different from just walking on normal roads lor.
and i was wearing shorts, so i was super scared that surely kena alot of mozzies. in addition, i didn't apply any insect repellent of any sort. in the end, i didn't even get one mosquito bite. in comparison to kota tinggi, it was better. however, i realised that at kota tinggi, i only came home with 2 mosquito bites (I sprayed insect repellent every morning before going out). and this was nothing in comparison to what i experienced in pulau ubin lor. seriously. I sprayed like, hell lots of insect repellent before i went out, and when i was there, and when i was halfway there, and before i returned back to mainland singapore. and I suffered tens of insect bites. NB. i even had insect/mozzie patch on me on the pulau ubin thing lor. SEE! singapore mozzie not scared of insect repellent one lor. malaysia mosquito too lazy come bite me liao.
and comparing pulau ubin and kota tinggi, i think kota tinggi not as bad as the pulau ubin one lor. seriously leh. when i went to kota tinggi, i came back without ANY injuries (other than leech bites and one teeny weeny scratch that disappeared after 1 day without any traces). but when i went to pulau ubin, I returned with 2 cuts (until now haven't disappear. more than one week liao), many many many many BRUISES. and the bruises is not the small small not pain type lor. Lemme tell you how big the bruise was. It is of the size of my hand. no kidding. seriously it was huge. that was the biggest one found on my leg muscle there. and it was friggin swollen that johnia called me Kimston, coz seriously looked super muscular (except the fact that it was only for one leg). and the random bruises around was around the size of 3 fifty cent coins put together. Yeps. and the colour of the bruise is damn disgusting. especially for the huge bruise. it's like, purple+brown+red+pink+green+yellow+green. no kidding! serious! rainbow sia, but it's not nice lor. it sorta got mixed up into a lau sai colour near the end of the bruise, and it's damn sick.
oh wait. I digressed. I was talking about the hike today. ahem.. actually nothing much to talk about the hike. nothing happened, other than knowing more little kids. and we decided to walk to vivo for lunch at the food court together with random ocip people. (let me see if i can remember: Me, Lelia, Lynette, Ruo Ting, Jonathan, Fion, Yu Hui, Qian Hui, Genevieve, Nuraini, Kah Kiat.....). hehe I really can't remember all sia... I do remember that it's 12/13 people though. Lol.
and after that, Ruo Ting and I decided to walk around Vivo (SHOPPING!!!). it was seriously random leh. we went daiso ( and spent alot of money on weird stuff, including nail buffers (???) and the fish flakes that you usually get when you buy Takoyaki or something. Seriously it's damn nice. :D). and then we went to random gift shops with cute cute stuff, and then to OP (coz got offer then must go see mah. AUNTY). and then arcade (only walk walk nia. nv play.). and then to the pet shop with all the super super cute + adorable puppies. we even went to like, Toys R Us to relive our lost childhood, now that SHE is 17, while I'm still 16 :D
we even went to play with the turn turn machine. you know... the put in one dollar then you turn then you get some random toy thing? yaya. that's it. and ruoting got one ducky keychain. hahahas. and we saw random toys that we used to play.. lol..
and ahem. yar. we went back. -___-
